Multicultural Styled Shoot

It’s not often you see the words multicultural styled shoot go together which is obviously why I had to share it on the blog. This styled shoot brought to you by Island Bridal and One Perfect Event Photography captures the essence of culture, faith and multiculturalism.  Captured on the front porch of a gyspy inspired home, the colourful blend of pinks, blues and purples creates an eclectic fusion. Sheer curtains adds a dreamy feel and the lush vegetation creates a tropical oasis.

The centre table is draped in french lace with jasmine scented lit candles.  Delicate live plants in circular terrariums adds to the floral decor. Beach stones inscribed with inspirational words: love, laughter and joy adds romance to the decor.  To incorporate the spiritual vibe, she  wears a bindi on her forehead.  A bindi is known as the third eye chakra and is considered the point at which creation begins and unity. A miniature buddha represents her faith  which represents the “awakened one” or “the enlightened one”.

The beautiful  brides wears two gowns designed by Island Bridal.  The first gown Venezia is a silk chiffon gown, that softly drapes over the brides skin. Her second gown, Coral is a Lace halter gown which adds a bit of a feminine sensuality.  To accessorise, the bride wears a gold and rhinestone jewel head chain and a silver forehead piece also designed by Island Bridal.

To end on a sweet note, the bride indulges in a dark chocolate cake with decadent chocolate frostings.  And there you have it, a romantic bliss, a great inspiration for brides seeking to blend their multicultural lifestyle into their wedding day.
