On October 26, 2013, Meha & Gregory became husband and wife. Lulu dolled up Meha to encompass a traditional Indian bride. They chose to have their wedding at the Hilton located in Costa Mesa, California. The ceremony began with a Gregory arriving on a white horse for his baraat where he celebrated his arrival with his closest friends and family . They held a traditional Gujarati ceremony conducted by Mahesh Bhatt. Following the ceremony, the bride and groom departed with a small viddai ceremony. The reception followed in the evening hosted by Amit in the main ballroom where they celebrated the night away with their loved ones.
I really love the choice of music used for this wedding film as they blend A Thousand Years with some of the favourite Bollywood songs. Meha looks incredible in her white and red bridal lengha for her Gujarati wedding ceremony. Followed by her purple and blue detailed lengha for their evening reception that took place at The Costa Mesa Hilton.
How adorable are the two cute bridesmaids in their matching outfits? The dark green matching sarees that Meha’s bridesmaids wore look so elegant with the gold detail. Greg’s cream sherwani with gold detail looked great and fitted perfectly with Meha’s lengha. I adore it when grooms wear a sherwani for the actual ceremony and then change into a suit for their reception. It’s perfect to have the best of two worlds with the chance to wear two very different outfits.
The dancing! Can I just say how amazing they were! I went to my cousin’s wedding in New York and they go full out with the dancing and performances, they really do. So just seeing a snippet of these amazing dancers in this video is so incredible. The young boy and girl – my heart melts!
